INNTO France : enseignement supérieur en tourisme

Innto France Who we are

INNTO France A committed network

Companies, institutions and organizations are looking for creative, innovative and committed talent. They expect their future employees to be visionaries, capable of anticipating changes in the sector, and ready to propose credible alternatives that they can defend and put into practice.
"Our mission is to train these future talents in responsible tourism, by rethinking our teaching approaches and questioning our missions for successful professional integration." In a country like France, where tourism is a pillar of the national economy and where the ambition is to become the world's leading sustainable destination, it is crucial to develop top-quality higher education in tourism. Today, we are proud to present INNTO France, a network of university institutes offering courses from DEUST to PhD, designed to meet the needs of tourism professionals through training and research. Together, we share our knowledge, ideas and aspirations for the future of tourism. We enrich our practices by exchanging skills and experiences for the benefit of our students. INNTO France confirms the strength of French public higher education in tourism. This university grouping is a unique and innovative model which, quite naturally, will continue to develop as it seeks to federate all French universities specializing in tourism. Our ambition is clear: to design the tools needed to understand a changing world with those who will build tomorrow's tourism. "Let's share knowledge. Pass on a passion. Let's train for excellence."

The story INNTO France

The Destination France Plan: a shared ambition to attract and win back tomorrow's talent

The creation of a network of excellence to structure and strengthen the tourism training offer was announced in November 2021 as part of the Destination France plan. A consortium led by the University of Angers, in collaboration with the universities Gustave Eiffel, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Toulouse-Jean Jaurès, Côte d'Azur and Savoie Mont-Blanc, and involving professional players, has devised and built a network that aims to increase the visibility of training courses, develop apprenticeships and lifelong learning, and adapt training to meet the needs of a changing sector. Born of this common desire, the INNTO France network of national tourism institutes was launched on May 30, 2024 at Bercy. It now comprises 5 founding university members.
