Training objectives

Specialize in the issues facing the wine industry as a whole, not forgetting the accommodation and catering sectors. The aim is to master the sector's professional culture and understand its challenges. This Professional Bachelor's degree is a training program in direct touch with developments in the sector, thanks in particular to the many professionals involved, as well as academics. It is designed to develop critical thinking and a sense of distance. Our academic and practical training has been developed in partnership with key players in the sector, many of whom are involved in the course (Comité interprofessionnel de vins, wine communications agency, firm specializing in wine tourism development, wine tourism professionals in wineries or wine merchants, vine and wine technicians, oenologists, etc.).

Job opportunities professionals

  • Wine tourism development managers at wineries, cooperatives and wine merchants in France and abroad;
  • In charge of promoting and developing the industry within interprofessional wine committees or tourism institutions (ADT, CRT);
  • Design of wine tourism stays and tours with specialized TOs;
  • Tourism development officers in maisons de Terroirs, wine museums, theme parks, etc. in wine-growing regions;
  • Coordination and networking function for wine-growing communities of communes, economic development associations, chambers of commerce, etc.

Profile of the applicant

  • The course is open to students with a valid Bac+2 in Tourism, Economics, Management, Social Sciences, Viticulture - Oenology, Wine Marketing, Hospitality, Catering or candidates with a Bac+2 in another sector (on a case-by-case basis);
  • Possibility of continuing education or resumption of studies (contact us);
  • Experience in the tourism or wine and spirits industry (internships, summer jobs, etc.) is highly appreciated.
