The discourses and imaginaries of gastronomy today infuse social spaces and groups in France, nurturing identity and otherness on both an individual and collective scale.

Training objectives
The Master of Gastronomy program aims to provide students with knowledge, skills and know-how in the field of gastronomy.
In 2010, the inclusion of the French gastronomic meal on UNESCO's list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity led to a proliferation of gastronomic professions, discourses and imaginaries in France.
Gastronomy has thus become the object of every curiosity, every project and every strategy, both internally (identity issues) and, even more so, externally (gastrodiplomacy and soft power issues).
