The main objective of this program is to enable students to acquire skills adapted to changes in the tourism sector, thanks to the support of teacher-researchers and professional contributors. More specifically, the main skills, categorized as knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills, targeted by the course are as follows: understanding the specifics of sustainable tourism and the fundamentals of business management, applying the principles of sustainable development and ecological transition to the development of a tourism offering, managing tourism structures by drawing up a business strategy, supporting change among stakeholders, managing a quality approach, designing, marketing and promoting a range of products and services, anticipating and analyzing the purchasing and consumption behavior of tourism products, collaborating with ease on the national/international scene.
