This course provides students with an in-depth, synthetic understanding of the international dimension of tourism exchanges and operations, as well as the skills required by governments, specialized public institutions and tourism operators. Courses are taught by lecturers and professionals, in French and English. The aim of the EDTI Master's program is to train young specialists to master the current issues in international tourism, enabling them to :
- Learn about the diversity and richness of tourism markets
- better understand the growing importance of tourism in global and regional geopolitics
- Analyze the problems and potentials of tourism development on territories and heritage
- Identify or manage operational strategies for the development of the sector or of internationally-oriented tourism businesses
- Gain hands-on experience through workshops with private and/or institutional players and end-of-study internships in M1 and M2.
- Produce a substantial research paper in the form of a university dissertation
