This 2-year training program combines academic knowledge with a professional approach, to train professionals in the tourist industry. The second year is spent as an apprentice, alternating between 15 days and 15 days.
After obtaining their DEUST Accueil d'Excellence en Tourisme, students will be able to :
- carry out administrative functions, manage the back office, manage room availability in real time using reservation software, and adapt rates to the number of visitors.
- welcome, accompany and advise French and foreign customers on tourism-related services.
- promote and sell tourism products, develop e-commerce projects linked to the sale of tourism site products and local products.
- negotiate with partners.
- animate the social networks of a tourist site
- master digital tools and network management.
