This professional degree prepares you to manage accommodation establishments in two different ways. The first, management of accommodation establishments, will enable you to develop your skills and benefit from a wide range of professional opportunities in various sectors such as hotels, tourist residences, outdoor accommodation,.... You'll learn how to manage their resources and improve their business performance through marketing strategies, financial management, digital technologies and social network management. This will enable you to meet customer needs more efficiently. You'll learn how to implement effective strategies to optimize the use of available resources and maximize your profitability. What's more, you'll learn how to apply the principles of sustainable development to reduce the impact of your activities on the environment and contribute to a better future. The second, Leisure Facilities Management, will train you in management methods, management, managerial communication, marketing and digital business. You'll learn how to leverage Data and AI to achieve your goals. This training offers prospects in a number of leisure professions: as a member of the management committee in a casino working with our partners, as a manager in a gaming club or in the leisure sector in general. You'll be able to use your know-how and in-depth knowledge of the industry to develop your career in gaming clubs and casinos. You'll discover how to apply the principles of digital marketing, how to optimize the use of data and how to integrate Artificial Intelligence to generate more revenue while reducing costs. Thanks to this training, you'll be able to identify opportunities to improve your operational efficiency and maximize profits. Training objectives

This professional degree is organized on a work-study basis (in particular under apprenticeship contracts), and relies on a strong partnership with the professional community here, in this case Casinos de France (a syndicate that brings together the majority of players), and works on a project-based pedagogy. Students benefit from 400 hours of training, and 150 hours of tutorials. All students have either apprentice or professionalization contract status, and spend a 38-week work-study period in a company. The courses are designed and run by academics engaged in research activities and by practising professionals proposed by the professional institutions that support the course. It is designed to meet the needs of companies in implementing their sales and promotion policies for leisure and holiday facilities, by highlighting three functions: a structural component with a sound knowledge of regulations, an organizational component linked to personnel management, and a functional component aimed at mastering promotional and customer management tools.

Students graduating from this program mainly occupy a wide variety of positions in middle management. For the leisure establishments option: as a leisure site manager, gaming club operator, member of the management committee, table games, slot machines, cultural or leisure activities organizer. And for the accommodation establishments option: campsite, sports center, tourist residence, open-air hotel, B&B operator, equestrian center operator, assistant hotel manager, etc.
