Open since the 2016-2017 academic year, the course The professional degree in Culinary and Table Arts aims to understand the now ubiquitous place of the culinary in society and culture on the one hand, and to apprehend emerging forms of valorization (artistic, aesthetic, sensory, etc.) of the culinary on the other.

Training objectives
The Bachelor of Science in Culinary and Table Arts is designed to help students acquire the skills, knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills that are emerging in the world of culinary and table arts. The course is designed to keep pace with the evolutions and changes taking place in the field, by reexamining the place of cooking, service, epicurean customs, the relationship with what is eaten and drunk, the table and the French art of entertaining, hospitality, taste preferences and tasting in the new practices of professionals and eaters in France.

The professional license is open to anyone (students, adults returning to school, jobseekers) with a Bac +2 diploma: BTS, IUT, licence... A keen curiosity and appetite for the catering, gastronomy and culinary arts professions in the broadest sense is essential. Any experience in these same sectors would be a plus!
