PURPOSE AND QUALITY OF CONTENT

INNTO France is an association under the French law of 1901, whose purpose is to federate national tourism institutes.
The purpose of this site is to inform users about INNTO France’s activities. It promotes INNTO France’s activities to a wide target audience, both professional and private. INNTO France makes every effort to ensure that the information on its site is up to date and of high quality. However, if the site contains an error, particularly of a typographical nature, you can report it to the site administrator (see contact details of the Publication Director) or via the address contact@innto.fr.

 

ACCESS AND ENFORCEABILITY

The Site is accessible to Users via the Internet from a fixed or mobile terminal equipped with an Internet browser. Access to the Site and its services requires no prior registration. Consultation of the Site is free of charge.
Any use of the Site implies full acceptance of the present legal notice and general conditions of use. The User of the Site acknowledges that he/she is fully informed and bound by all of the provisions herein. Any condition or clause to the contrary opposed by the User will therefore be unenforceable.
The present conditions are enforceable for the entire duration of use of the Site and until replaced by new conditions. INNTO France’s failure to invoke any provision of these terms and conditions at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to invoke the same provision at a later date.

 

SAFETY

Subject to technical constraints related to the nature of electronic communication networks, the Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Regarding the hazards related to the nature of the Internet network, INNTO France does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or that the servers providing access to it and/or third-party sites to which hypertext links appear are free of viruses. shall not be held liable in the event of the Site being unavailable or in the event of a User being unable to connect to the Site due to any technical fault or problem. INNTO France shall not be held liable in the event of infection of the User’s equipment by a virus while browsing the Site or any third-party site referenced on the Site.

 

RULES OF USE

In general, the User undertakes not to engage in acts of any kind whatsoever, such as the drafting, publication and posting online, transmission, dissemination of data and/or content, which would be contrary to the law, infringe public order, or the rights of INNTO France or third parties. In particular, and without this list being limitative, the User undertakes, when using the Site, to comply with the following rules:

  • Do not use false identities to deceive others;
  • Comply with the laws in force and respect the rights of third parties, as well as the present stipulations;
  • Provide accurate information when using the Site or Services (e.g. contact form);
  • Use the Site in a fair manner, exclusively for its intended purpose, and in accordance with the laws, regulations and practices in force;
  • Respect the intellectual property rights pertaining to the content provided by INNTO France as well as the intellectual property rights of third parties (including in particular the authors mentioned in credits); consequently, each User agrees not to reproduce and/or communicate to the public, via the Site or other channels, one or more contents without the authorization of the holders of the rights pertaining to these contents, when required;
  • Not to divert or attempt to divert any of the Site’s functionalities from their normal use as defined herein;
  • Not to voluntarily overload the Site and its servers in any way whatsoever (in particular by distributed denial of service);
  • Not to retrieve information from the Site on a massive scale without prior authorization (in particular by web scraping);
  • Not to use, to navigate on the Site, a software robot or any other process or equivalent automated tool;
  • Not to disseminate data, information or content whose effect is to diminish, disorganize or prevent the normal use of the Site;
  • Not to use the Site and its services to send unsolicited bulk messages (advertising or otherwise).

In the event of a breach by a User of one or more of these rules, INNTO France reserves the right to block access to all or part of the Site to the User concerned and/or to automatically delete the contentious content, temporarily or permanently.
Likewise, INNTO France may not be held liable for any breach by a User of one or more of these rules. The User alone is responsible for any breaches he or she commits.
It should also be noted that articles 323-1 et seq. of the French Penal Code impose penalties of up to five (5) years’ imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 euros, in particular for :

  • Fraudulent access to and maintenance of an automated data processing system;
  • Hindering this system;
  • Fraudulent deletion, modification or addition of data to this system.

 

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The User is solely responsible for his or her choices in connection with the use of the Site and their suitability for his or her needs, and INNTO France cannot be held liable in this respect.
INNTO France makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information accessible on the Site. However, it cannot guarantee this.

It gives no warranty, express or implied, concerning all or part of the Site. INNTO France also declines all responsibility for the access or content of third-party sites linked to the Site, in particular by means of hypertext links inserted on the Site.
In no event shall INNTO France be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use of the Site by the User. In particular, it declines all responsibility in the event of inaccessibility of the site, the occurrence of bugs or any damage resulting from fraudulent acts by third parties (such as malicious intrusion).

 

PERSONAL DATA & COOKIES

The terms and conditions governing the processing of the User’s personal data and the management of browsing cookies are set out in the Site’s Privacy Policy (hypertext link), which can be consulted directly on the Site.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

These conditions do not grant the User any intellectual property rights whatsoever on the Site, as well as on all texts, images, audio-visual content and other content used by INNTO France on its Site, including this legal notice and general conditions of use, trademarks, trade names and logos, infrastructures and databases used by INNTO France within the Site, which remain the full and exclusive property of INNTO France or its partners.

Any act of disassembly, decompilation, decryption, extraction, reuse, and more generally any reproduction, representation, distribution, adaptation, marketing of the Site and/or its content whatsoever (image, animated illustration, visuals, texts, offers, etc.) are prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.
Consequently, the User shall refrain from any action that may directly or indirectly infringe the intellectual property rights of INNTO France or its partners.
This article shall survive the termination hereof for any reason or cause whatsoever.
INNTO France and its partners reserve the right to claim damages in the event of infringement of their intellectual property rights.

 

DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These legal notices and general conditions of use are governed by French law. Subject to the applicable provisions, in the event of a dispute in connection with the Site or its Services, only the Courts of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of ANGERS shall have jurisdiction.

 

VERSIONS AND UPDATES

These legal notices may be modified or amended at any time by INNTO France. Any new version will be immediately published on the Site.
Site users are invited to consult the Site’s legal documentation regularly to keep abreast of any changes.
